I am an economist from the University of Maryland with a strong foundation in micro and macroeconomic theory, as well as applied economics. My professional background includes experience in central banking, and my research projects have delved into various topics such as economic growth, production chains, business cycles, fiscal policy, and central government debt. Recently, my focus has been on researching the effects of government spending on education and crime rates in Central American countries, variations in school enrollment rates, income distribution, and the impact of climate change on the economic growth of Central American countries. Proficient in Stata, I also possess a working knowledge of R and Eviews.

Fields of interest: Applied Econometrics, International Macroeconomics, Time Series Modelling and Forecasting, Monetary and Fiscal Policy, Development and Economic Growth.
